FurnitureConnect LTD ("FurnitureConnect", "we", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the FurnitureConnect marketplace, related applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree with the practices described here, you should discontinue use of the Services.

  • Commercial information: Listings viewed, products saved, quotes issued, purchase orders, invoices, and transaction history.

  • Communication data: Messages sent through in-app chat, support requests, and feedback forms.
  • Technical data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, device details, browser type, operating system, language preferences, and pages viewed.
  • Compliance data: Documents and certifications shared to satisfy know-your-business or regulatory requirements.

You may choose to provide additional information that helps us tailor the Services. If you submit personal data about another individual, you must ensure that you have lawful authority to do so.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:
