Furniture Connect Takes the Stage at the BFA AI Summit, 10 September
Most furniture teams have seen an AI demo. Far fewer have seen what it does to a real supplier file, a colorway range or a retailer submission. That's the gap the BFA's AI Summit is built to close — and Furniture Connect is one of the companies presenting.
Most furniture businesses have now sat through an AI demo. Fewer have seen one run against their own supplier spreadsheet, their own colorway range, or the retailer template that comes back rejected every season.
That gap — between an impressive demo and a change you can measure in a launch date — is what the British Furniture Association built its AI Summit around. Furniture Connect is one of the companies presenting.

What we'll be talking about
Our session stays on the part of the day that furniture teams own: product content.
A supplier sends "sofa seat: foam" and one line drawing for a sofa that ships in 20 fabrics, five sizes and three leg finishes. Somebody then has to turn that into copy a shopper will buy from, imagery for every colorway, and a submission that clears each retailer's template.
That work is where the launch time actually goes. It's also where AI is easiest to measure — approved images per range, complete products per launch, days from supplier file to live listing — rather than the vague productivity claims that make buying committees nervous.
We'll show what that looks like on real furniture data, including the checks that keep a person in the loop before anything is approved.
If you're going
Come and find us. Bring the range that always slips: the one with too many finishes, the missing dimensions and the retailer deadline that never quite works.
If you can't make Coventry, you can request a demo and we'll take one of your supplier files from raw data to a channel-ready listing instead.
